Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Batala Supermarket Loyalty Program is open to all customers who are registered for the program. You must present your loyalty card to participate.
- Earning Stamps: You will earn one stamp with a minimum purchase of $30. Only purchases made at Batala Supermarket are eligible. Purchases below $30 will not earn stamps.
- Discount Redemption: After earning 9 stamps, you are eligible for a $15 discount on your 10th visit, provided you make a minimum purchase of $20. The discount will be applied only if you present your loyalty card at checkout.
- Exclusion of Meat Department: Purchases made in the Meat Department are not eligible for the loyalty program and will not count toward earning stamps or redeeming discounts.
- Returns and Refunds: If any items purchased with a loyalty card are returned, the value of the $15 discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Program Changes: Batala Supermarket reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. All changes will be communicated through the program’s website or in-store notifications.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: If your loyalty card is lost or stolen, please notify Batala Supermarket immediately. A replacement card may be issued, but stamps or discounts already earned may not be transferable.
- Property of Batala Supermarket: The loyalty card is the property of Batala Supermarket and must be returned upon request.
- Limitations: The $15 discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and is valid only for in-store purchases.
