Grocery Delivery – Terms & Conditions


1. Service Overview

We offer next-day grocery delivery within select areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders are picked directly from our store and delivered to the address provided by the customer.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.



2. Service Areas & Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to the following zones (as shown on our delivery map):
 
Zone 1 (Blue)
Zone 2 (Green)


Delivery availability is based on your postal code. At this time, we are not delivering to Zone 3.


3. Order Minimum

All orders require a minimum purchase of $20 (before delivery fees and taxes).



4. Ordering & Cut-Off Time

All orders must be placed by 1:00 PM the day before delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. Same-day delivery is not available.




5. Payment

Payment must be made via E-Transfer at the time of placing the order. Orders will only be processed once payment is received.




6. Delivery Fees (Flat Rate)

Delivery fees are based on your zone:

Zone 1 (Blue): $15
Zone 2 (Green): $25

Delivery fees are charged per order.


7. Delivery Window

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.



8. Product Availability & Substitutions

All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal value, unless you request no substitutions. All prices are the same as in-store. No markups.




9. Perishable Items

Perishable items (including meat, dairy, frozen foods, and produce) are stored under proper conditions until delivery. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.



10. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, the delivery may be considered completed and no refund will be issued.



11. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before 1:00 PM on the day the order is placed. Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be changed.



12. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of grocery items, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered for:
Incorrect items Missing items Damaged items (must be reported within 24 hours)




13. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.



14. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice.
